Two great things happened yesterday.

I didn't do secret stone in Johnson because I don't have time to make gifts and be a good secret stone, but whoever Rigel's secret stone is gave me cupcakes! It was really sweet of them, and I'll definitely try to give them something in return when I find out who it is. They were yellow with chocolate frosting. :)

Now for the even better thing: Pete's home! Not only that, but it was something he did that made it more fun. When I walked out of work, I got a call from him and started with the "hey, how are you?" Then he asked what I was doing, and I said "I'm walking to my car," and he said "me too." I looked over to my car, and there he was with pretty orange flowers. :) He's home!!

It's the weekend in fifteen minutes. Work hasn't been what I thought that it would be because some unexpected things came up. Barb and I were planning to look for reports in the basement, but I ended up looking for email addresses in our files upstairs. Other than that, I haven't actually done much. I think that Meg and I are working over Christmas break.

Brian was at our house yesterday! I hadn't seen him in a long long time.

Oh! I almost forgot! Mrs. Tei's birthday is Sunday, so we threw her a suprise party with cake, chips, pop, and gifts. She ended up telling us some really funny stories all hour, so we didn't have to do anything school-related. It was fun.

We dissected frogs yesterday. I never thought that I'd actually get to do that, but it was awesome. They were great, big bull frogs, and ours was a guy. Nick cut open the heart and lungs, but I went for the eye, intestines, and stomach. My college anatomy class(es?) had better have plenty of dissections.

The only bad news that I have: Mr. Johnson gave another book report. :(

...But I'll end this on a happier note because it's time for me to lock up the cabinets, shut down my computer, and head out for the weekend!

Do you move in your sleep?

Last night when I went to bed, I really wanted to go swimming. Sometimes when I dream about certain things, I actually do them in my sleep. Swimming is one of those things. Whenever I swim, I get a big cramp in my left calf from pointing my toes for so long. Well, I was dreaming about swimming and woke up with a major cramp in my leg and my blanket and sheets all strewn about. This isn't the first time I've "swam" in my sleep.

The cramp was pretty major, so my leg's still sore. Despite that, I've done quite a bit today.

After waking up and running for a bit, I went to the dentist. I have to get my wisdom teeth out in about a year, but I won't worry about that until the time comes. Afterward, Mom and I went to the grocery store. Then I worked on some homework (I know it's Saturday, but I have quite a bit to do) before dinner. Mom, Dad, and I went to Lakeside after dinner because my parents needed to buy a new vacuum (ours died), and I had to figure out sizes for the things on my Christmas list. In the end, I just scribbled out all but a shirt and dress. That was kind of depressing, but I bought another part of Pete's gift while we were out.

Now I plan to go to bed around eleven because I'm tired. Before that, I'll read some more biology and whatnot.

I can't wait for these two weeks to be over. All I want right now is to hug my Pete.

This weekend is turning out a little differently than I thought that it would. Mom and I went shopping and decided not to do the jacket giveaway thing, and I don't think that we're putting up Christmas decorations this weekend. We never usually do before Thanksgiving, but I am definitely not doing it next weekend.

Shopping. I found a really cute coat today, but I don't really need one. There's actually a bunch of stuff I want from Victoria's Secret (clothing!) and a sweater that I love from Lacoste. Other than that, I don't really know. We found some stuff for Nick today, and I found something for Pete. Whenever you aren't looking for something, you find something good. Then you have to buy it!

I finished A Walk to Remember yesterday, so I watched the movie last night. That's a good movie. It's not quite as good as The Notebook, which I'm watching tonight. My parents are going out to see the new James Bond movie, and I'm staying home to enjoy having the house to myself. :)

For some reason, I've really wanted to visit MSU again. I just loved it there, and it would be so nice to walk around. Next year is going to be great. We only have about six months of school left, then I'm out of here. It might seem a little weird, but I think that the two people I'll miss most will be be Meg and Barb, especially Meg. After spending so much time with them and getting to know them so well, it will be weird not to see them every day. Back when Barb's father died and she was out for a week, I missed her. They said that they want me to come back and visit, especially to the Christmas party.

Well I shouldn't put off reading for any longer. Have a nice night.

I'm back

Hi! :)

It's been quite awhile since I wrote anything in here, and it's been quite awhile since I have really talked to those of you who read this. Everything has been busy for me this year. Here's how my week goes:

Mon. School, work until six
Tues. School, shadow a nurse practitioner until four
Wed & Thurs. School, work until six
Fri. School, work until five

Weekend!

Most of the time that I'm not at school, work, or whatever, I don't know what I'm doing. Usually there's something for biology or working ahead so there isn't anything that I have to do when I see Pete. This weekend, however, is going to be fun. Actually, this whole week is different than the norm...

Today = No Work!
Tomorrow = Nurse dealy
Wed = The usual
Thurs = Normal, but with a half day!
Fri= Normal

This weekend will be fun stuff. We're putting up all of the Christmas stuff. Yes, it isn't past Thanksgiving yet, but who cares at this point? My parents and are are excited. Then I'll be doing some shopping (:D!), Mom and I are volunteering for something (NHS points... six to go), and my parents and I might go out to Shogun. Other than that, I'm in the mood to watch some chick flicks. I went to the library yesterday and came out with two Nicholas Sparks books. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night I will watch The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, and Message in a Bottle (one per night, of course). That might not sound too exciting, but I don't watch many movies anymore. Whenever I try, it's with Pete or whomever, usually late at night. My internal clock says it's time to sleep around nine, so I always end up fast asleep within the first half an hour or so.

Sorry that this hasn't been very interesting, but I should stop here for tonight. Time to get some stuff printed, do a little reading, and head of to bed.

Thanks for reading. :)

It's starting to feel like the school year again. I haven't felt like this since May, and I really didn't think that I would this year. Thank God there's only one left.

I don't know when I last updated, so I won't recap my summer and risk repeating myself. What have you all been up to? I've mostly been working and seeing Pete. Other than taking a couple trips, that's all I've really wanted to do (not that I wanted to work, but you know what I mean).

I'm reading Dracula, and it's good. I know that there's plenty of time before October, but I definitely recommend it for any time of the year.

It's Friday! I'm definitely ready for the weekend. Josh leaves for Boston tomorrow and my parents are going to one of Nick's shows, but I think it'll be nice having the house to myself for the day... whether I choose to stay there or not.

Uno's pizza tastes great, but it's not worth the overwhelming gross feeling that you get after you eat. I had dinner there early last night, and I still feel like a slug. Eww. It was good though.

What have you all been up to during summer? My summer is going all right. I can't wait for my trip next Sunday. We're leaving very early in the morning and getting back very late Thursday night. This will be my first time in the Bahamas. :) I'm so excited to try and scuba dive (not all out but more than snorkeling), and I hope that I get a good tan.

Well have a great weekend!

Nicole Adragna is a sweetheart

After work today, I went to Nicole's house. She, Katy (her sister), her younger cousin, and I all got manicures and went to Panera Bread. Katy paid for the manicure and Nicole paid for Panera, so I definitely owe them both thank-you's. It was fun, and her cousin was so sweet.

Afterward, Nicole and I talked, looked at pictures, and watched a bit of Friends. She's incredibly nice. I don't know why, but I just stayed and hung around for a long time. Maybe I should feel bad, but I really don't. Her house and family are just welcoming. I can't really think of another way to describe it. Something about being there was just comfortable and nice.

Well, that's all I really want to say. Pete's back in two days! :)

Not only is it school summer, but it's officially summer. Happy June 21st.

We're having a bridal shower for my cousin this Sunday. :) I can't believe she's getting married! None of you know her though, so I guess I won't go on about that one. I get to go to two weddings though (the other is for Ben), so I'm excited. Weddings are fun.

The next couple of weekends should be fun. Mom, Dad, and I are going to Chicago on the 2nd. On the way, we're stopping at a drum corps show to see Nick and everyone. Then I get to enjoy Chicago, cheesecake, and Loyola! We're coming back on the 4th of July. The following Saturday is Ben's wedding. Mom, Dad, Josh, Nicole, and I are all going to the ceremony, but Mom and Dad aren't going to the reception. :)

Backtracking to this weekend, the Madison Heights fireworks are on Sunday evening!

I love days like this. Munchkin barked at the thunder. When Crystal was little, she'd cry during storms. It was really cute. :)

So I'm thinking about getting a monthly pass to the Community Center. It's only two miles from work, and I think it'd be nice to swim in the morning and just dry my hair and stuff in the locker rooms. Then I can just hop in the car and go to work.

Speaking of cars, I got my Escape. It's pretty, and I like it. I miss my truck, but I definitely like that I know where the back of my Escape is. I couldn't see the back of my truck bed before, so I was always a little afraid of backing into something... especially after that time at Boris's house. Anyway, it's fun.

I listened to some Postal Service this morning, and I think that I've found a new favourite song. Too bad I can't remember the name of it at the moment.

Apparently I'm Not Giving This Up?

After searching the internet for 1.5 hrs and still having a half an hour to kill, I've decided to come back to livejournal.

People are amazing. I thought that the interviews in Walker would be a waste of time for free points, but I was wrong. There's so much more to the people around me than I ever knew. It makes me realize how average I am without degrading my opinions of myself. Does that make sense?

Nicholas left for corps today. I saw him last night, but I wasn't able to see him today.

In case you don't know (and I'm guessing that most of you don't), I had an incredible weekend. Peter and I went to Grand Azteca for dinner on Thursday, and I realized that Friday would be a complete movie day. I called my parents, and I ended up taking off work and having my mom call me in on Friday. Due to Tuesday's air conditioning problems, that gave me six carefree days with no homework or plans.

Friday was my first senior skip day. Next year has quite a bit to live up to. Pete and I went to Zoup (one of my favourites) and to the zoo. It rained a little bit, but we had a great time and saw all of the animals. The peacock walked out of its area to a spot right behind me, and it made me jump. He was pretty, but he was also scary.
After that, we met up for dinner at The Red Tavern with the family and Nicole. The burgers are huge, but they're yummy. Then we went home. Dad opened his gifts and we had strawberry shortcake.

On Saturday, I went to the DIA. Pete brought me some flowers, and we were both a little dressed up. The art was really cool, but I'm sure you all don't want to hear about that. :P We saw an Old Navy outlet on the way home, so we stopped and shopped. I found a cute purse, but I couldn't decide which colour to buy and ended up buying the same purse in three colours. I also bought some new work capris. Total, it was all under $25. Not too shabby.

Sunday was fun. My family came over for my uncle's surprise 50th birthday party. Dad barbequed, and I spend most of my day talking to my cousin, Andrea. She and I don't get to talk much, but she stayed much later than everyone else and we talked until midnight. I also got a haircut and bought a swim suit.

Monday was also very fun. Pete and I went canoeing in Ann Arbor. I got a bit of a tan. :) We had fun, and we spent the rest of the day haning out after we got home. There isn't much to say about canoeing, but it's definitely a great way to spend some time.

Tuesday was a bit less eventful, but it was nice to have another day off from school. I woke up early, so I shopped to kill time before meeting at Panera for lunch. Lunch was pretty cool, but I left a little later than I had planned. I still got to work on time, and my days here have been really nice too. After work, Pete and I got together and stuff.

Some day during the week, Pete and I went to TCBY and talked to Dan! That was great, and you all should visit Dan at work too.

I only have finals for three classes left. They shouldn't be hard either, and next week looks like it will be another great one.

Have a great weekend, and congrats seniors! :)

Yesterday was a very good day. Nothing that unusual happened, but it was exciting. I really liked writing that paper.

This is crazy: we have 34 days until school is out and only four weeks of actual school remain. I don't know where this year went, but I'll gladly welcome the summer.

My weekend:
Friday
I'm not sure what's going on tonight, but I'll probably see at least Pete.
Saturday
Mom and I are taking Nana shopping! Aunt Pam might join us too, and I think we're going to a semi-far away mall that has an H&M. :) Then I'm not sure what I'm up to, but I might help Dan Feng Saturday or Sunday.
Sunday
Mothers Day
Church, making lunch and stuff, then I'm not sure.

I know it's not oozing excitement (like some of you lucky prom folks), but I'm certainly going to enjoy it.

Have a wonderful weekend. If you're going to prom, have fun & take pictures!

The rain's pretty cool. Yeah, I don't have much to update on. I have 12 minutes until I'm out of here (work), then I'm writing the Walker paper. That shouldn't take long, and I'm hoping that I'll be able to do something else tonight too.

Chickens! I love GBE. We cracked open a six day egg today, and the embryo's heart was beating! The egg yolk was covered in blood vessels- very, very cool.

I saw Dan on the way to school today. We only have 5 weeks left!

I think that Mom and I might go to Chicago some time this spring or summer. :D My parents are planning on taking me to Boston in July. The school in Chicago has a campus in Rome, and there are study abroad opportunities there, in England, and in Central America. Rome's supposed to be sophmore year and England's supposed to be senior year, and I think it'd be pretty sweet to do both if I can and if I even go to that school. Yeah, now I'm blabbering.

Okay, I'm done. Have a nice day.

Workin'

No one's here. Meg's off because it's her birthday and Barb left at 3. Kyle came out of his office for the first time about five minutes ago; now he's shut away again. Mark was in a meeting until some time after 3. He's been shut away in his office ever since. It's quiet. I made popcorn.

Tomorrow is going to be an awesome day. I won't be doing that much, there will be movies in two classes, and there will be food in two classes. That's how Friday is supposed to be. After that, Pete's coming home. :D

I know that I've only been back on livejournal for like a week and a half, but it seems like it's dying away. I'm thinking that I might delete it but that probably won't happen. Then what would I do if I got bored?

Nick's home!

Believe it or not, I'm looking forward to the switch from truck to Escape. Less than two months, and it's adios to my truck. That's kind of sad.

I think this is the last math class that I'll ever take. How awesome is that? I'm also starting to think that this AP test will go well, and I'm getting a little excited. That's kind of weird though. Oh well. Next week is all movies. :)

I won't steal his story from him though.

I finished all of my essays today, and it felt great to be done.

I made another amazing smoothie this morning.

Mom and I looked at really cool models in Rochester. Rochester is really pretty. These models are incredible. One has a coffee/hot chocolate/tea machine in it, and it had green tea! It was really cool. Mom's thinking about getting my dad one of the machines for fathers' day. That was some of the best green tea I've had, and my mom really liked her coffee too.

I've finished my book. Now I need to finish another of the many books that I've only made it part way through: A Tale of Two Cities. I really like this one, so I don't know why I never bothered to finish it. Crazy.

Including weekends, school is out in 55 days. Pete's summer begins this Friday. That'll make it about three and a half weeks since I last saw him, but thankfully I won't have to do this again until August. It'll be nice to actually see him when I talk to him and be able to hug him or kiss him. I miss that.

I have to end this happily, so on a brighter note: Nick likes my jacket. :)

Break's almost over. I don't think I'll end up doing the rest of the AP test until Sunday. There's not really a reason why I can't. I simply don't want to do the essays.

Today was my last day of work for the week. It's kind of weird, but I really liked work. Even though everything was very laid back, there was still a bunch to do and keep busy. Meg is becoming one of my favourite people.

I made a smoothie this morning, and it was wonderful.

A Million Little Pieces just keeps getting better and better. It's so weird how the guy who has so many issues is really such a great person. Yesterday I was just like man, I'd marry this guy despite all of his problems. You all should read it. I know that my description makes it sound like a mushy girls' book, but it's not at all.

Mmmk. Nick's coming home for like a minute tonight. Then he's off for camp and stuff.

Gosh, it's not even an hour and a half into the weekend, and I'm already restless. I have the feeling that I need to do something productive, but I can't bring myself to do much of anything. I don't know why I won't do it; I'm bored anyway.

Have a good weekend.

Heya!

I'm back on livejournal. I decided to give it up from March 1st until Easter, so it's been awhile.

Wow. It's been so long that I don't even know what's new or what to write about. I guess I'll just talk about how it's Spring Break and I've finally found and bought a pair of sunglasses that I like. Do any of you have trouble finding sunglasses? I usually have the worst luck, but the lady who was in line in front of me liked these ones and so did both of my parents. I really do too. :)

That's really reflective of the past month and a half...?

My break is going really well. Nick came home this weekend, and we all went to Shogun on Saturday. If you don't know what that is, it's a Japanese restaurant where they cook your food in front of you. That was really fun, and it's always really delicious. Then my parents and I went shopping for a very long time. Dad painted my room last weekend, and Mom helped me move things out of Nick's room into my room before Nick came back and needed his room. Now we're looking for furniture, and I think we've found all the pieces. I'm going to have a bookcase!

Today was gorgeous. Mom and I laid in the sun, haha. Believe it or not, I did get a little bit of colour. You just can't tell unless you see the line because I'm still pretty fair. That's okay though! Anyway, we were in a grilling mood. My dad made really good burgers.

Well it's way later than I planned on staying up. Happy Easter!

Yesterday was fun:

First off, I felt ridiculous leaving work. Dad took the truck to work for an oil change, so I had the Zephur. (It's an old man car.) Anyway, I was in a complete suit (pants, shirt, blazer, shoes) and was holding a travel coffee mug that had tea in it earlier that morning. Just as I got in the car, the mp3 that Dad had in there changed from Switchfoot to jazz. I went to look at the time, and the car's clock is an analog. So there I was: full suit, old man car, coffee mug, jazz, and an analog clock.

Where was I headed? Grandma and Grandpa's house! It was fun. She had even made me a chocolate pie (my favourite dessert) while I was at work. We played cards and stuff.

Then I read until the Western people got home. Pete and I went to Caribou and rented Just Like Heaven. Yup. :)

Crystal woke me up very early this morning, so I finished The Sound and the Fury. How great is that! Now Pete and I are getting some breakfast.

Break

Wow, break's going by pretty quickly. I don't really mind one way or the other, so that's good.

Break:
Nick came home for about an hour on Friday between coming home from WMU and going to Capital. Mom made dinner for him and the people who he drove, so that was cool. After that, I fell asleep. I planned on reading, but I was too tired. It didn't happen.

Saturday. I planned on this being my reading day. After about a half an hour of reading, I decided that I needed a break and headed for Lakeside. It was fun, and I defintely took up all the time that I could. Then I stopped by Kroger to buy stuff for brownies and made the brownies after I got home. I actually read a bunch after that.

On Sunday I went to church, read, and did something else that I can't rememeber. Then I took Nick and two other guys back to Western. My parents let me stay the night, so I saw Pete and climbed the rock wall. Ahh... :) Man, I love going.

Although I seriously considered calling in to work, I came back on Monday morning. Then I went to work and read. That's about it for Monday.

Today is my grandma's birthday. Mom took her shopping yesterday, and I met up with them after work. Yup, that was about it for my Tuesday.

I went to work early this morning, and it was a good day. I don't know what it was, but I liked it. Meg and I talked for a while after Barb left too, and that's always fun. Then I headed down to Royal Oak. My mom and I went out to lunch (Potbelly's... best smoothie ever), and we stopped at a store to kill time before I had to take her back to work. I ended up getting a bed spread! It's poofy, and I like it. After I got home I read, then Pete called. We talked for a bit until my Mom got home from work. She and I played around with my bed (moved it to different places in the room, etc.). Now it's almost time for me to go to church. I haven't gone on a Wednesday night in forever. Hopefully it'll be good.

Tomorrow is my last day of work this week! I took Friday off, mostly because everyone other than Meg took at least one day off. Then I'm going to Hazel Park to see my grandparents because he called a few days ago and asked if I'd come see him over my break. They're making me lunch, and we'll probably play cards and stuff. Then I really need to finish The Sound and the Fury before tomorrow evening because Pete comes home. I don't want to worry about anything to do with school for the end of my break, esp. because it should be the best part.

Overall, it's been pretty good. It's crazy to think about how different this break is from the ones I used to have, but I don't think it's a bad change. I know it doesn't sound like I've done much, but I've actually been really busy, esp. because I'm trying to finish this book by tomorrow night. I think I'll be able to.

By the way, did any of you watch American Idol last night? The girl that the judges said is like Fantasia is really good. I never liked Fantasia, but this one did an awesome job.

Can you be nostalgic for a dream?

I drove to Western last night, and I've decided that it's a little creepy when icy snow clumps continuously hit your back window. Other than that, the drive was okay.

After I arrived, Nick, Pete, and I bummed around for a bit. We got Taco Bell some time after midnight. Yup.

This morning I had my meeting with the nursing academic advisor. The drive there was a bit of an adventure, but I was only about 15 minutes late. I'm not thinking Western is such a good choice for me anymore. That's kinda sad. Actually, the whole thing seems a bit bleak, but I'm bound to change my mind about that. I always do.

Now I have the rest of the weekend to do whatever. I feel like a bum because I haven't moved much today, and I haven't accomplished much of anything. They all want to go to the rock climbing wall tonight, so we'll end up doing that. Then I don't know what we'll do, but I think Pete and I are going downtown tomorrow.

This is pointless; I'll stop blabbering.

Happy Birthday to Kelsey Johnson!

"Young and sweet, only seventeen..." :P

Okay! Today was all right. School went by fairly quickly, and I always like that. I stayed late at work because the copier was stubborn today, and I took back a movie on my way home. It was 5:50 by the time I got here (carazy! :O). Mom and I started talking, but I haven't done anything else yet. Even though I should be doing homework, I've decided that it should wait until after dinner.

Highlights:
-I'm having trouble with schedule stuff, but Mrs. Wollborg is looking into things for me. Then maybe I can still take calc, chem, and biology. I just feel too guilty not taking math, and Tabar didn't help with that. Now he has me feeling guilty for wanting to go to Western too, but we won't get into that.
-My mom bought me a shirt that I wanted but didn't buy. :)
-The dull part of Wednesday is over, meaning there are only two more days left until the weekend.
-Kelsey is seventeen! In case you forgot already.
-Josh bought a TV today because he's crazy.
-I'm really starting to like this semester.

Okay, I need to stop this and get going on other stuff. Have a good one.

I've had a lovely day.

School was pretty good. Rest assured, I had my calcium today; no osteoperosis for me. Web creation looks like it will be pretty cool. I'll know how to make websites! Maybe I'll even make my livejournal all customized. :o! Shocker!

We had a quiz on the English notes that I never took. For some reason, I really don't care. So far today, nothing can put me in a bad mood.

Mellissa and I finished really early in GBE. Neither of us knew what to do with ourselves.

The cubicle across from mine used to be empty, but now it has a college student. It was a bit awkawrd in the beginning because our chairs face each other. Any time we both looked up, it was like "uh... yeah, I definitely wasn't staring." Now we've started talking, and it's not awkward anymore. He's really nice, and he even came over and talked to me for a bit before he left.

Ooo! Today a guy from Germany brought Meg, Barb, and I some really good German chocolate because we made desserts and stuff for everyone on Monday. Chocolate is so cool.

I have A lunch tomorrow! :) (By the way, I totally made that bold by using my html skills.)

... and someone special's going to be 19... ;D Man, I'm excited.

For some reason, I really can't seem to concentrate on work today. I guess that's a bit obvious now.

I'll go through my day!

First hour was pretty good. I understand what I missed, and I finished my homework in class. Tabar told me not to worry about make-up work because he won't be collecting it anyway.

Second hour is health. I realized how much calcium I don't get in a day, but it's a pretty fun class. Mrs. Frushour is really nice. There's a take home test that I missed yesterday, but that won't take me long.

Third hour is web creation, and we're writing about why we like or dislike certain sites. It's some tough stuff. :P

Walker told us what we got on our exams, and I got an A! Pre-curve, too. That made me happy. I have to take some notes tonight. Bummer, but that's okay.

Stephanie is in my lunch for good! We thought that she'd only be there the first day of the new semester, but it turns out she'll be in it for the rest of the year. That's really awesome. It's still a bit weird with the new faces, but I'm definitely starting to feel more comfortable with these people.

GBE was both good and frustrating. I broke two slides, and I think I'm the only one to break any today. Every time I tried to focus in on some bacteria, I went a bit too far. Woops. That's okay though: Mellissa and I finished it all in no rush.

Now I'm at work, with no Mark or Barb. Meg and I talked for the first 20 minutes I was here, but now I'm twidling my thumbs (or at least pressing the space bar with them). I think I'm just antzy for this week to speed up and for it to be Friday already. It's been a good day though.

I signed up for the SAT and ACT yesterday. I also took two naps, haha. Other than that, I don't really know what I did. Josh and I talked between his classes, and that was really cool. Overall, the day was nice. My throat still hurts, but at least my headache is gone.

Oh! I finally filed my nails last night! :D

I guess I should work now. Having a computer on my desk is just too darn tempting.

Please read this if you're in band :)

I need letters to Loren from band members thanking her for being awesome, sending good luck for college, etc. Mr. McCoy was supposed to send out an email, but I don't believe he has. Please give me your letter tomorrow before school. That'd be awesome. Thanks!

As for finals, I'm definitely liking this. Half days are great, and I only have one class tomorrow. Banquet prep will take up most of my super short day, but it should be fun stuff. The finals themselves have actually gone very well. Even the ones that I expected to be mega hard turned out to be just fine. It's probably from the good deal of studying that I did, especially for English. Dan Feng freaked me out about it, so I spent most of yesterday going over everything. If I did well on that one, he gets my thanks. Well I guess he does regardless.

This morning was beautiful. I was sad to see the snow at first, but then I realized how pretty it was. There was a really pretty song on the radio while I was at a red light, and it was so strange looking out at the dark sky, the snow, and the lights from cars. Everything outside the car was moving so quickly, but I was just sitting there, listening to a pretty song. It was a neat feeling.

Once again, I'm reminding you: PLEASE BRING IN LETTERS! Once again, thanks. :)

Yesterday was a really good day. I felt good about my finals and found out what I got in math. Then I got something else out of the way that I've been nervous about, but I'm really happy now that it's done; I will definitely be better off. Then I realized how much I love my job. Meg, Barb, and I get along so well, and it's only getting better with time. Meg brought in a newspaper about things we'd been talking about and some other things that she thought I'd have fun with. It ended up that Barb, Meg, and I all joked around with the stuff. Barb also told me that I can go in early on Friday, which is awesome.

Okay, I'm done now.

Letters?** Third time's a charm.

Last night I finally watched all of Garden State. Before then I wasn't able to get past the first half. Now that I've seen the whole thing, I love it. It's weird how I could hate it so much before but like it so much now.

Know what else I really like? The Scrubs episodes with Brendon Frasier (I know I messed that spelling up). I don't know why, but those three are my favourites. Mom, Nick, Josh, Nicole, and I watched them yesterday.

For the past few weeks I'd been feeling down, but I didn't know why. Now, for no real reason, I'm good again. I'm really glad.

I'm not sure whether I'll talk to Pete before tomorrow, but he's on his way home. I'm really glad about that too.

This song is added to my list of favourites.
